Chief Creative Officer
Patrick O’Neill is recognized as one of the advertising industry’s boldest and brightest creative talents. Patrick spent 14 years at the legendary advertising agency TWBA\Chiat Day, where he rose to become the agency’s Executive Creative Director and was responsible for some of the biggest and most forward-thinking campaigns of the last two decades.
His groundbreaking work includes campaigns for Gatorade, Create&Barrel, Southwest Airlines, the Academy Awards, the Grammys and Visa’s “Go World” Olympics campaign.
As a pioneer in breakthrough LBGTQ themed creative work, Patrick helped launch the first television commercial featuring a gay couple for Ikea in 1994.
His work for Absolut, including the National Coming Out Day campaign, “Absolut Out,” received a GLAAD Award for Best Gay Themed Ad in 2003. Patrick also created the “Absolut Hunk” episode of the hit television series “Sex And The City,” taking branded content to an entirely new level.
With more than 20 years of experience in media and advertising, Greg has cultivated prodigious partnerships and growth for iconic brands such as: The Advocate, Andy Warhol’s Interview and OUT.
He has lead OUT’s sales and marketing efforts for the last several years, focusing specifically on branded content and creative executions for Pride Media clients across digital, print and social media.
He has a proven talent for ideating, creating and executing nuanced and impactful ad campaigns and content for brands such as H&M, Cadillac, Kenneth Cole, Tiffany & Co. and Tommy Hilfiger and many more, and leveraging those brands within the evolving media landscape. He has a record of successes in pushing that evolution with firsts in content creation, cross-platform innovation and social media collaborations.
